  There wasn't anything we didn't like. The facilities, the bicycles, but most importantly the staff. Each member we interacted with was lovely. They were all incredibly helpful and supportive. - the hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Good Location.   The Staff were extremely polite which is always important but particularly so when you're staying somewhere for more than a couple of nights. The location was perfect - Marina Di Massa is a beautiful little town with loads of great restaurants, some very cool bars, and the hotel is a stone's throw from the beach. Also, it is a 20 second walk to the pier where you take the boat to the Cinque Terre - an absolute - The location of this hotel is perfect - in a nice part of the Riviera (relatively quiet but still with all the restaurants, beaches etc.) just a minute's walk from a nice piece of public beach and the private ones too. The hotel is in a block surrounded by some park land so we felt we could choose whether to be part of the crowd or get some space.
