  I've never come across such a friendly proprietor as Valerio. Nothing was too much trouble. The fact he speaks English and keeps in touch by email was also fantastic. Location was good as it allowed access to most of the tourist sites by bus or foot. Definitely recommend it. Grazie Valerio!

  Just about everything. Extremely helpful staff, especially Kasia, who seemed to be in the reception whenever we needed help - tour bus, taxis, restaurants, etc.. The rooms are modern, not large,but comfortable & clean with drinks fridge, towels changed daily, free safety deposit box and toiletries. Only 100 metres or so from top-end (Louis Vitton, Cartier, Cristian Dior -the list is endless) to the more modest Mango, Zara, - Very nice location for shopping in the heart of the center of Rome, near at Spagna and Popolo. It was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Near at metro station of Spagna, so you can directly come from Termini station. You have Sky TV for free too.

  A perfect stay in Rooms In Rome. Located in a quiet, yet central area in Rome, no problem to walk to most of the attractions in the city. Very helpful and friendly staff. It was hot during or stay, but the air-condition on the room worked very well. The rooms have different style, the one we stayed in was well designed and a nice place to come bac... что говорят » k to each day. The bed was fine and provided good sleep. During our stay we hardly noticed the other guests. We really loved that breakfast was served - Best location in Rome you can imagine. Walking distance to most Rome and Vatican attractions, 300 m to Bus-Shuttle stop to Fiumichino Airport. Extremely friendly and helpfull staff. They can help you with choosing a good restaurant in Rome. Breakfast is also very good and typically Italian, they serve variety of croissants. If you want "American" breakfast you have to pay extra, but if you stay in Rome why to do so.

The room was spacious, with new furniture and clean, the pictures show the actual state. Staff (especially Lara- thank you) is very friendly and speak good english. They also serve small but nice breakfast in the room. I love the idea of staying in a residential building, feeling myself like a citizen of the city, so I really enjoyed my stay here.
