  We have been im Cima Rosa for our honeymoon. Everything was perfect! Britanny and Lisa were so friendly. They already had a map when we arrived to hotel that has all the good resturants, bars and places to see in Venice.   The best thing that impressed that I recieved an email from Adriana - the communications manager of the hotel, 2-3 before my check-in to make sure that I smoothly find the hotel (water bus number, location map, etc.). The kitchen is good and you can cook. I bought some fresh catch from the fish market which is just below the hotel. Mi - Great, great location.....really could not be better placed in the city for walking and the general sights of Venice. The top floor is very generous in size with a quaint, atelier style slanted roof and pop-up dormer windows looking out onto the Grand Canal. Amenities and the access to a full kitchen are very welcome additions to a lovely stay.

  I thought the location was not exactly at the center; but it was just a 5 minutes (or less) walk from 1 of the ferry stops - Ca'Oro stop. Having mentioned that, the inn is located at a pretty location on the island city. Our Inn Keeper, Ivan was extremely friendly and helpful; he gave good information about the city and was very approachable. W - Wonderful location where, through one side of the street, you can reach the bustling main street as well as the pier in just a few steps; while the other leads you to the less visited alleys and the seaside. Nice and helpful staff. Our room is clean and comfy.
