  The hotel is a bit difficult to find, but that is actually a good thing, since it is situated in very quiet surroundings. The room was spacious, with a good bed, a desk and two (small) chairs. The bathroom was well equipped. I had an excellent wifi connection throughout my stay at the hotel. - Helpful owners who offered us transfer to Venice (€5 ... что говорят » pro person one way).   I loved the location! Bus is right in front of the church this hotel is a part of and we were never charged to take the bus and it saved us 25€ that the taxi ride is. Bus runs every 15 minutes throughout the day until 2045 and the its about every hour until midnight. We really enjoyed the breakfast that's included in the price. There's no alcohol consumption allowed on the premises or smoking, very quiet ar - Staff was very helpful, always nice and friendly. On our last day we arrived late to breakfast and they brought the food out again for us. Rooms basic but very clean, bathroom as well. Enough space to open a large suitcase and still walk around; large wardrobe. Conveniently located: 10 minute bus ride to Venice (bus right outside the hotel), free parking, free wifi that actually worked.   Very nice B&B with garden. Clean, comfortable and very convenient. Wi-Fi is everywhere at the house. 5 min by car from the Marco Polo Airport, 5 min walking from bus stop, supermarket and nice italian restaurant (max 30 Euro for dinner per two persons with wine).   Hosts Attilio and Luciane were most gracious in helping with info on transportation into Venice, restaurants, Laundromat, etc. We were in the ground floor apt. with secure, gated parking on premise. Breakfast items were supplied, "fizzy" water and a fabulous Lavazzo Blue coffee/espresso machine with a steamer and lots of coffee pods as well. I wan... что говорят » t to get one for home! The B&B is right on the bus line, but is quiet and comfortable; we were able to relax between tours. Would definitely retu - Comfortably reach Venice. The front door bus stop 19, which for 15 to 20 minutes takes you to the train station and bus linni and water lines, there is an information center that can quickly and easily buy tickets or cards. From there the number 1 you can discover almost all of Venice. The hotel is grown, clean, well equipped and quiet place. The restaurant recommended to us by our hotel was the best of our entire trip - Restaurant - Pizzeria - Capolinea.
