The location was perfect. Very near transportation and good resturaunts, and the breakfast was filling and enjoyed by my kids. The staff were helpful (letting us check out later to accommodate our transportation plans) and the rooms were quiet, back off the street. The rooms ( #5 and #6) had great working air conditioning. Everyone was very professional and kind. Provided ideas on what to do and places to eat. The complementary fruit, water, coffee/tea, nuts and chocolates were a nice touch! Thanks, we will come again if ever in Rome in the future. -

They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. Breakfast is very simple continental style - a coffee and croissant. Ernesto, who is on duty during the day, is always cheerful and very helpful.

- we received free welcoming sparkling wine several times!
- all facilities are very well preserved and even exceed some 5 stars hotels I've stayed in Europe

Really warm welcome from the staff. We were given a city map when we arrived and the main sights and how long it takes to get there were pointed out. Very cosy and comfortable appartments not far from Trastevere and all sights.
There were all necessary staff fresh towels, breakfast (either hot dishes), laundry service, air conditioner, free wi-fi.
Owners were very nice and hospitable, were ready to help and to share the useful information. Thank you, Ladies!
Moreover, near the appartments there was market with fresh vegs and fruits.

The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

This hotel was utterly charming! as was the staff. I had a large comfy bed with lots of pillows, a plasma TV, nice furniture pieces, etc. The bathroom was a DREAM -- must be seen to be believed! I would definitely stay there again. Their restaurant on Pantheon Square was excellent. Best gnocchi and tiramisu of my life. Service outstanding.

Location was fantastic, and loved the personal attention from the family! The family owns a restaurant on the Pantheon Square and any time, day or night, we had a table reserved for us as guests in the hotel with the best view of the Pantheon. Food was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay again!
