  The hotel is very small, it´s really a hostel with 3 rooms in one apartment.We had a turquise room, it was nice, with 4 beds inside. It´s very clean, the staff is nice and care about you, the explain everything. You have a microwave, a hair dryer, a fax/scanner,an iron, a PC, free WiFi, water boiler and even tea bags and cups on your room (one of ... что говорят » the most important things for every Russian tourist! I enjoyed my tea in the capuccino-capital ;-) To the Termini station or a metro station we walke - I was in Aloha Rome 3 nights and I had a very good experience. Francesca is so kind, always friendly. The B&B is very good located, very near to Termini Station and the area it isnt dangerous, is normal. I had a bed very comfortable, very clean, the breakfast was ok... very Italian!! (capuccino and croissant) I would recommend this B&B!!! ... Thank you so much and I hope to come back very soon!!

There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

  Its clean, starting from the gate, the elevator, the corridor of the guesthouse and the room. It's cozy. It gave us a homey feeling. I didnt meet Victoria as she was in the hospital but her son Leandro accommodated us well. He gave a free map and suggested the best time and routes to visit places. From termini it is not so far and we easily located it. I dont know w - Victoria is very nice owner. Room was clean, bedding also, what is very important to me. Rooms are without breakfast. But you get coffee and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get to station.

  Very convenient to Rome Termini train station, an easy walk of about 3 blocks. Antonio was a very helpful and gracious host who recommended restaurants, gelato shops, directions to different tourist sites,etc, and marked everything on a map which he then gave to us. Deluxe continental breakfast was ample and tasty. We were very pleased wi - Very nice place, Antonio, who runs the B&B, made our stay at Rome much better. He gave us many tips about restaurants, interesting places to visit and transportation that made much easier visit the city. The room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home” in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.

  Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. A small breakfast was served in our room and she did everything possible to accomodate us. She was very friendly and kind. The room was simple but nice. I liked the colour of the curtains and bed spreads and the decor ... что говорят » in general. It had good wi-fi, and good air-conditioning. The bathroom was slightly small but comfortable nonetheless. The building on the outside - The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not). Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.

  Very Nice place with very Nice people ! The room was awesome! Very warm and clean and the bathroom was amazing too ! The breakfast includes milk, juice, tea, coffee, bread, cereals, fresh and delicious croissants and a lot of jelly! Near to termini station and with some restaurants and souvenirs shops! The internet was very very good and fre - Very friendly and helpful staff; 3mins to Termini station. Rooms are new and well designed. There is a kitchen you can use and all the neccessary things for cooking. Breakfast is served in rooms. There is also a fridge in each room.
