  I recommend this place. It's quiet, near metro station. Host is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and have separate bathroom. It's not a five star hotel but for turists it's prefect place for sleep and good starting point for Rome sightseeing. Second would be great location, its in the center and 50Mtrs away from metro station Vittorio Emmanule.   Excellent location (right next to Termini railway station)...short walking distance from main city-center. The room was quite big, however, the bathroom was quite small...worked well for the three of us though. A great price for the location and size and comfort of the room.   The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building. The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition.   This b&b is one of the nicest place I have stayed in. The room was the nightswimming room which had a fab jacuzzi bath. The room was spotless and cleaned on a daily basis. Thre was a coffe machine in the room and a kettle a - The best thing about daysleeper is the service. Francesco the owner couldn't have been more friendly and provided us with an annotated map straight away so we could find our own way round easily. There is plenty of food provided for breakfast and for snacks later on in the day. A great place to stay if you are looking for clean, simple and friendly accommodation at a great price. The location is really handy being close enough to walk to the station and to the colosseum, or to nearby metro stat
