  Hotel was close to the main train station and close to the city centre. So we didnt need to use public transport to see all atractions. Our room was in fifth floor and we had terrrace with nice view to Rome. Room and bathroom was clean and the bed and towels were changed every day. Staff was friendly and helpfull.   Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Take the bus from airport for 4euros each and leaves you at station one block away. Walk to hotel. It was a small room but very clean and we're only there to sleep. It should be more than a 2 star hotel for sure. At the end of my stay I asked if I come back could a discount perhaps be arranged and the owner said yes! Great stuff.

  There was no guest reviews at the time of booking, however I liked the simple and elegant description of the rooms and the photos on the web. All web information was very accutare and I wouild have gladly stayed longer. It was wonderful how quiet the room was for such a busy central location. Perfect, and all staff were extremely pleasant.   Nice room, very good location-just few minutes from central train station and centre, polite staff. Room was clean and comfortable. If I go to Rome again - I will with pleasure take the same hotel. - It is situated within easy walking distance from the Roma Termini Station and most touristic landmarks. The room was clean and very confortable and located in a typical Rome building where one enters to a patio. I already knew that the hotel has several of this floors that act as an hotel. The breakfast is at a local café, where they are not particularly nice, but you can choose freely the pastries for the cappuccino. In one - I liked a lot that the manager payed a lot of attention to our requests and needs. It was there for us every time. He also helped us a lot with information about our trip to Rome and how things works in there. I would totally recommend to everyone! Don't get afraid when you see the manager will take you from one place to another, he marketed I guess 3 hotels as the same one but I stayed in Sky Rome Hotel and it was the same as the one in Filippo Hotel up here.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. My wife and daughters found plenty of shopping nearby, especially on and around Via Nazionale which is 40m f - Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.
