  We were positively surprised when we saw our room, it was much bigger than any ordinary three/four stars hotel, everything was clean, nicely designed. The bathroom is separated from the room, but it's just across the corridor, with everything you need. We were very satisfied to stay there, the Place is quiet, close to colosseum(from Domus Carmanello we walked basically - We arrived late and the owners were fine for us to check in late. They were both very friendly and gave us lots of info and the best ways to get around. The hotel is walking distance from the colosseum and roman forum and is also right next to Saint Giovanni metro for people who would prefer not to walk. Beautiful San Gi - Simone, the caretaker was very hospitable and went extra miles to help us from trip planning, restaurant recommendations, and even kept our luggage after check-out hours. The location was very safe, at the center of shopping centers, supermarkets, and easily accessible to various tourist attractions (e.g. Colosseum, San Giovanni Cathedral, etc).   The manager Salvatore was extremely helpful. Our flight was late at night and to top it off, the flight was 20 minutes late. But Salvatore was there standing on a corner, waiting for us. It's a small place so it was never noisy. You could access beverages in the hallway anytime of the day. The place was situated close to the underground, which was... что говорят » convenient. Breakfast was simple but good. We were told that Salvatore's mum made the pastries and biscuits - delicious! The rooms were small side b - Location, cleanliness, staff, price, safe. Great location to visit Rome, it is a 2 min walk to the metro and less to the bus. It's nice to be away from the crowds however easy enough to get around. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.
