Hotel Lodi is on a quiet place near Coloseum in a residental part of Rome. Easy to acces by train (Tuscolana st.), underground (San Giovani) and also by walk. The staff were excellent. Отель расположен очень (200 м) близко к вокзалу Roma Termini, мы в Риме были проездом, приехали очень поздно и через 10 мин уже были в отеле - очень удобно. Думаю, что и провести пару дней в отеле тоже можно, потому что и всякие интересные места тоже близко - до Коллизея где-то 15 мин. пешком. Сам отель достаточно маленький, номера совсем небольшие

We stayed at Maryelen from the 7th till the 11th of November.I had lower expcetations,because it is a 2 star hotel ,BUT everything was excellent.The people are really friendly, the rooms were clean (there was a maid comming everyday),the food was nice,it is really maimly sweets,but its Rome ;) If you asked for a toast or something else,they are going to make it for you :)

It is very close to Termini Station (less than 3 minutes walking). If you are traveling to Ciampino Airport this will be very convinient (buses to Ciampino departs from Termini Station).
No need to pay more to stay close to the Colisseum or Vatican City, the Metro will take you there or you can walk, you will have something to spot every two blocks!

Very friendly and helpfull staff. The room was spacious and although the bathroom was not big, it was clean, towels were changed daily and it included everything we needed. Our room was situated next to the street, so we could hear some traffic but not very loud, we had no problem sleeping.
