The staff were very friendly and helpful and looked after our cases (after we vacated our room) for the day free.The room was big,comfortable and warm and overlooked the canal.Would use again. - Everything. rooms were absolutely wonderful, great location, excellent staff.I had a childhood fascination with Marco Polo and his travels and this hotel was the Polo family's former home. It was just great and the people very accomodating having to deal with non Italian speaking tourists. recommend very highly.

  The location was brilliant and the patio was a nice addition for an extra 20euro. Staff were very nice. Breakfast in bed was great. - Excellent location, very close to ferry, in middle of older part of city ie San Marco Square. Good size rooms, clean, if a little outdated.

  I stayed in the annex appartement. (which is accross the ai reali hotel). Location could not be better. Two streets away from the Rialto bridge but still quiet. Canel view and big enough place. Complete kitchen with dining table. Good wifi connection. Also the bed in was good. - 1) It's hard to find a hotel with good internet. This one definitely had good internet. 2) The room was quite nice.   Easy to find (as long as you follow Paolo's clear directions). Comfortable and clean. It does what it says - if you want an en-suite, don't book as it clearly says "shared bathroom".   We were very happy with Locanda Leon Bianco. The location was very central, ideal for our 2 night stay. The room was clean, tidy, nice decor and well appointed and very spacious.
