  This hotel is in a secure building. The staff was great and very accommodating. It is in a very good location with in a couple of minutes to catch the bus, taxi, or train. - Great location with really access to the Repubblica metro station. Big rooms, not usual for europe!

All the sightseeings are close to the hotel such Colosseo,Fontana di Trevi,Ancient Agora....in 10 minutes you are there.You only take the bus for the Vatican.Receptionists know very well the english language and are very helpful. - The staff were very friendly and helpful.   The staff were extremely kind and helpful, seem to have a philosophy of providing excellent service for the paying customer. The rooms are very modern, very clean and comfortable. Everything carefully designed to the last little details in minimalist style and made of good quality.   The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our Italian is poor and their English is great. The room is smallish but adequate. Shower was tiny but typical for Europe and worked well. Refrigerator in room, safe in closet, modern and clean furnishings and bath.
