He was available when we checked in at 9Pm and was also there to collect the keys and wave us bye when we checked out at 3:30 Am to go to the airport. There were noises from the street and of bells ringing - Location, it's great especially if one travels by train. Roma termini train station is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is also easy to find. In addition, you can walk to main sightseeing sites. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very welcoming and are willing to accommodate your needs. The room we got was pretty spacious, which is nice especially if you have a lot of luggage.

Room is very simple, bathroom was in good condition. Everything was very clean. This is excellent value for money if you only care about a clean bed for a night at a bargain price.   The fact that it's near the railway station but not one of the railway station hotels. It's hidden away, very quiet and has a fantastic elevator and outside sitting space. The staff is friendly, funny and genuinely nice. The daytime desk manager was fantastic! He was so helpful with what to do and where to go. I even walked from the hotel to the Forum and Colosseum. Took about 20 minutes but not a bad walk. Hotel is also close to great shopping and restaurants. There is a little pizza place down the street that serves pizza and a drink for 3.50 Euros! I would stay here again!!

  The staff is nice and will make you feel welcome. The rooms are OK. It's a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and city centre is not far away. Breakfast is decent. I would say it's expensive for what you get, but in fact it's very good value for money for a place like Rome. I was glad I stayed there. - The place was clean, well located.
