What a lovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff who made you feel so welcome. The room was small but well decorated with air con and free safe. Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure I knew about the amenities of the hostel and Nas went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport for an early flight. I was very impressed by their hospitality and would definitely stay here again. -

The staff were excellent, Mario arranged all of our trips and walks around the city which meant that we were able to enjoy our trip more without having to worry.

The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. Staff was kind and helpful, specially Mario who created personalized itineraries for each day of our stay and gave great tips. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.

We loved everything about this hotel. Although it is further out from city central, it is easy to take the bus. Don't listen to reviews saying it is in a bad area - we had no issues and even walked around at night (we were just two females). Yes there is graffiti but it is everywhere. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, the staff was super friendly (be sure to get a map at reception - we didn't use anything else and left our bulky travel books in the room) and the rooms clean and modern

We found the Residenza Domiziano a wonderful hotel. They did everything possible to make our stay in Rome a wonderful experience. They arranged for a van to come to where we our cruise ship landed and was plenty big enough for seven pieces of luggage and four passengers. Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. delivered, gratis. A nice touch.
