Bathrobes suppllied lovely touch but would be nice if bottle of water was left in room.

very clean, very helpful staff, including a bag breakfast on our departure morning. very customer focused - The hotel is very well positioned in Venice. It is in a quiet area, but is also only a short walk to the major sights. Best of both worlds.

This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it!
We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!)
We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

Our room (205) was fantastic, it this was on the recently modernisedside of the hotel and was a superior double. The room was very spacious,and the bed was huge, and comfy. The hotel is positioned in a quiet side street and was a tad more expensive than we usually pay for our city breaks but we thought it was good value in relation to the other hotels in the area.
But it was well furnished and we had the canal view, which was lovely.
But the bed was extra- large and very comfy.

Very central boutique hotel within 5 mins of St Marks......loved the gondolas passing the door of the hotel & some had singers/guitar players ....the singing was brilliant !!!
The staff were all friendly & very helpful. The room we had was a junior suite & for 3 women sharing was a bit on the small side but we managed. I would recommend that the hotel get rid of the excercise bike & replace it with a chest of drawers or another wardrobe !!!!

The location is superb. Quiet square with absolutely beautiful surroundings. Easily walking distance to outlying areas as well as the tourist-centric sites.
