  The staff was very friendly and polite. The rooms are sparse but we didnot spend our time there, we spent most of our time walking about Rome.However, the room was very clean and neat and the breakfast buffet wasvery nice. While they are far from most of the sites, they are veryclose to the metro so getting around is quite easy.   the hotel has a nice athmosphere we stayd at the bottom floor near the lobby so there were some noises in the morning but nothing serious-it was very nice that there was a wi-fi in the lobby but i could also reach it in my room since it was next to the lobby - Giovana, the receptionist, was very ok.

  The staff is very nice; the room bright, clean, comfortable and modern. There is a big balcony and a big tv in the common room. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning, yogurth, coffee and juice. The owner will give you a map and a lot of advices about where to go, what to see and where to eat (typical Roman dishes, at a very cheap ... что говорят » price!). The area around is full of shops and a supermarket (CONAD) is very close if you need some drinks or fruits or sandwiches to carry around the - I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. I suppose it's the best place for people who visit the city for the first time.   I liked the fact that it was a four star hotel(sometimes hotel ratings don't reflect the reality).The location was excellent, no tourist around so we got to eat and drink with the locals.Also it was easy to move around,bus 105 was right in front of the hotel and would bring you everywhere.I Didn't use the Restaurant in the hotel so I can't comment... что говорят » on that. If you're coming from Ireland or uk and love drinking in the residential bar you can forget about it.Il Pignetto has everything to offer eve - We loved everything about this hotel. Although it is further out from city central, it is easy to take the bus. Don't listen to reviews saying it is in a bad area - we had no issues and even walked around at night (we were just two females). Yes there is graffiti but it is everywhere. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, the staff was super friendly (be sure to get a map at reception - we didn't use anything else and left our bulky travel books in the room) and the rooms clean and modern

  Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options, worth the extra money. There was a free shuttle taking you direct to the metro station making travelling to Rome much easier and cheaper as it is situated approx 5 miles out.
