Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

Location is perfect. Very friendly and helpful owner. We were upgraded to an appartment. The interior design of the appartment is very stylish. We really enjoyed our stay there. - Norma greeted us at our apartment. She was very helpful and a wonderful lady. Very close to everything.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon. Brilliant location, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a handy bus stop about 50m away. I phoned the managers when I arrived at the airport and there was someone waiting for me with a key when I got to the apartment. The apartment is clean and basic and very spacious. The location of the appartment was perfect. It was spotless and very comfortable for our family of four. Two adults and two kids. There was also a supermart nearby and just below the appartment there were a number of cafes. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and so were the Dvds and books on the book self.
Overall , the price , location and the quality of the appartment was excellent.
