  Everyting! Absolutely perfect stay, beatiful suites. Location is very good. Room is huge, jacuzzi and shower are both great. Very comfortable stay. Staff was helpful. TIP- go to the top level of the bar on the roof- good food and amazing view on sunset.   The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the historical center. It seems that it used to be an apartment before so it is a bit hard to find but at the same time gives really interesting experience of an "inside". Also, staff was super nice and friendly, we were positively surprised with a present from hotel for the Orthodox Easter (we're both fro... что говорят » m Russia). So overall we had great time there. - The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel

  The location has to be the big plus. Minutes from the ponte vecchio bridge! You are so close to all the main attractions in Florence. Although our flight was badly delayed and we arrived very late,we were warmly welcomed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brought to your room which added a nice touch! I'd definitely recommend this as - The room was big, comfortable and clean, as well as our own private bathroom. Since it faces on a very tiny alleyway it is also very quiet during both night and day. Also, location was just perfect, right in the city centre, very close to all the main attractions. Laura, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly.
