is no indication of the hotel once you get up the stairs. We aren't

Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place. -
Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room.
Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests
and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc..

The room was small but I was prepared for that after reading the reviews. We went just before easter and got a great price - I would not have paid the standard rate during peak season - too expensive and too many tourists. Overall, a brilliant holiday. Glad I picked the Albergo Bonvecchaiti.

Location - perfect (near San Marco square, but on the small quiet street).
Room - clean and cozy.
Bathroom - big, light and clean, clean and clean (hairdryer, toiletries, towels are included).
Breakfast - very good (choice of yoghurts, meat, cheese, bread, jam, juice, coffee, tea, etc.)
Owner - intelligent, polite and friendly person with great sense of humor.
All together this will make your stay in this hotel perfect.

This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by. The Staff where lovley and the cleaner kept the room looking lovely. it was in a perfect centre location , everything was close by on foot rialto 5min walk , San Marco a ten to 15 min walk. Excellent location. Very close to the Grand canal and within easy walking distance of all the sites. Excellent facilities within a small space, very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full size cooker. Beautiful main bedroom finished with net drapes making the bed look like a four poster!! Plently of storage in both bedrooms. Very clean and welcoming.
