  When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready). The neighborhood is safe, lively - The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

  This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   Its location is in the heart of Rome which allows you to access most of major events on foot. Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori is just 5 min walk. Even Vatican is only 15 min away. Thats a great advantage especially if you go to Rome during hot summer time. You may come back to your room in noon time and refresh yourshelf for the afternoon visits. By using the 3 keys (Building gate, s - Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving. It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

He spent time going through with us the sights, valuable tips and information about Rome. It was a most pleasure stay and as oasis in the chaotic city of Rome. Who even neatly folded and hung our clothes and - We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and
