The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst

After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

The staff were extremely helpful. I had no problem with the language and they could all speak English. All staff were eager to please and offered excellent advice on where to eat and where to go to experience Napoli. The services offered were exceptional and I was treated as a special guest. We left the guys at home and did a sister trip across Italy, which commenced in Naples. This classy five star hotel was a fabulous way to deal with jet lag! Arriving a bit earlier than expected, the hotel staff treated us to cappuccino and cake while they readied our beautiful corner room complete with a spectacular view of the Castel dell'Ovo.

supply their guests with comfy terry robes and slippers and nice
toiletries. Wi fi was free. The rooms are kept very clean also. We had a
balcony on the front of the hotel and looked out on the waterfront with
its boats, a castle that is lit at night, and Vesuvius looming in the

The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.

Naples is really a beautiful city. The Covo degli Angioini is very well located, close to the harbor and a short walk from the shopping center. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, they explained everything we could see how all the monuments and the most characteristic places to eat.
They welcomed us really well. The room was large and very clean. We will be back gladly.

The apartment was huge, from the pictures you can not understand the actual size of the apartment. Upon check-in we were greeted with a welcome drink very fresh. We did not expect to find such a nice hotel in a building.

The apartment is really functional and well equipped.
The area is very peaceful and quiet, we were really great.
Despite being at 4 spaces available to us were great.
The reception moved us to a bigger apartment than what we had booked and we were very happy about this.
Breakfast served in the room at the time chosen by us. All very well organized.
