Arrived at the hotel about 12 noon , asked if we could leave our luggagewith them as the rooms would be ready only at 1 , they checked and therooms were ready so we were able to check in early. The view from my room was breathtaking, the breakfast was sumptuous and the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Even my room (single) was exceptionally clean and well kept. Everyone, right from the porter to the bartenders, the reception staff, the concierge went out of their way to help me and to make my trip a memorable one.

All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!!

This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.
