  This is a perfect place to stay for your trip to Rome. The location is perfect - 3 mins to the Forum, 15 mins walking from Termini railway staitaion, etc.. We used the metro just once, to get to Vatican. It is a nice, small family owned place. There are just 4 rooms there. The design of the rooms is perfect: very functional, there's everything yo... что говорят » u need, it's nice and cosy, and you feels that everything is almost brand-new, including bathroom facilities. The breakfast was nice. The owner is ver - This little place is gorgeous, well located in a quiet little street near via Cavour with an excellent restaurant across the street. I was met by a gorgeous man, Leone, who despite my late arrival was really nice. The only criticism was that the promised breakfast was really bad, so don't depend on it. The area is well serviced by other bars etc, so eat breakfast out. Just make sure you avoid Gran Caffe Cavour, in via Cavour, as a coffee there will set you back more than 6.60euro!!!!

Location is great - in the heart of Roma, walking distance to all important sights of the City. The service is excellent, we fel - The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

From the moment we booked we received conformation emails from the owners, and then nearer the time, further emails to check if we required a taxi -- which we did and everything was booked and made simple for us. The room was pretty classic, it won't blow your mind but lets be honest -- if you're - The staff at Locanda Colossea was excellent. They were extremely helpful, and it was great to actually have someone at the front desk during the day. Our room was very comfortable, and the staff even gave us a bottle of wine from the family vineyard (which was a very good wine!). The location was also very good, just minutes from the Colosseum and the Forum. The breakfast was served at a cafe two doors down, and there were several choices including eggs.   When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready). The neighborhood is safe, lively - The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

  We loved absolutely everything about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered us to check in the early morning of the day of booking without extra charge -- this was really nice after a night trip by train, since we got a chance to take a shower, take a short nap, leave our bags there and set on a sightseeing trip... что говорят » around Rome. It's on a rather quiet street right next to the Colosseum and a metro station with a goo - perfect location and staff very friendly .... went out of their way to make our stay better.. cant fault staff thank you so much for all your help... room had lovely terrace... situated feet away from colosseum ... great location. shops restaurants on door step.. must stay here it is delightful... rooms very clean, light and airy and staff amazing.. if in Rome you must stay here... fabulous....
