We spent four nights at Margherita House Venice and were pleased in every aspect of our stay. The location is active and lively without being in the middle of a tourist center. This hotel was fairly close to everything. Hotel was close to a square with many restaurants and bars. Room was clean and air conditioned. Room was not fancy but was fine and the hotel was a good value. Staff did not speak English but were still nice.

I like the location - it's less than 10 mins walk from the train station. It's also surrounded by good restaurants (incidentally, a very good one just next to the hotel).

I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.

We stayed at casa sain't andrea a day before our cruise. Location is
perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like
walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover
to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A
grocery is close by where we bought our bottled water and food supply.

Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the
drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted
by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that
overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going
about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep.

The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up.
