  The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.

  We were 8,9,10 April 2011.Everthing was perfect, breakfast reach and very good, clean, comfortable and not expensive to be in Rome and the most important Samantha and Nicoletta where very polite and helped us a lot htey left their mobile phone to be called at any time!

  The hotel manager, Andrea, greeted us personally and issued a map with all the suggestions of where to go and where to dine, what to do and what not to do. Perfect host as he is an architect and has fine taste. Accomodations are excellent...spacious, clean, modern and very tasteful, elegant, state of the art. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

  The room was clean and the staff were nice. Location is very good - being close to Termini, you have access to the metro and buses that will get you anywhere in Rome. - Location is the first thing to have in mind, just accross termini station... Ms. Conccetta was an excelent and kind host.

Recommend to appoint the check in time before arrival and know that this hotel is on the fifth floor, so walk slowly to find the hotel name at wall. - We stayed one night here after two weeks in Italy as a stop before returning to the airport - ideal location... что говорят » for this.   The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels.
