  The Hotel was excellent. Very well located (15meters from the boat station San Angello). Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza. The service is really good and pleasant, and so was the breakfast. Everything is clean, especially the bathroom.   Arrived at the hotel about 12 noon , asked if we could leave our luggagewith them as the rooms would be ready only at 1 , they checked and therooms were ready so we were able to check in early.   This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.
