The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of
luxury. The lobby is very chic and modern. They greeted us with juice or
water. They had some small snacks by the lobby during the afternoon and
late evening! You hardly ever see this at other hotels! Our room was
large! High ceilings! Awesome bed size and great mattress. The bathroom

One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day. We arrived early from our previous hotel and were able to call and get
in early. The B&B is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of an
apartment building. While the room was being prepared, the wonderful
manager took out a map of Florence and provided a background to
Florentine history/culture, pointed out things not on tourist maps,
suggested lunch and dinner options and told us a bit about the area
where we were staying, filled with Florentine natives rather than
tourists. We'd been to Flore -
We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by Antonio who was wonderful! He oriented us to Florence, gave us a map, and made recommendations. He also recommended and helped us plan a day trip to Lucca. He helped us find train times and recommended a great restaurant. The room was large enough and each child had their own bed. We liked that fact that is was away from the crowds in a quiet neighborhood. Although the breakfast is mostly sweets, there is a grocery store next to the Ponteveccio,
