  Location was quite close to Santa Maria Novella station and it is near to every attractions in Florence. You only have to walk for about 10-15 minutes to the main Duomo. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us a complete information about Florence.   It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7. It is 20 minutes far away from the station and 10 minutes from Duo... что говорят » mo. Location is great. The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th flor but there is elevator. I totally recommend this hotel. - We only stayed for one night, so I can't really offer a great review...but our room was clean, large and comfortable, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, WiFi was free and worked okay, and the location is great. Although we didn't use them, the common room and dining area looked nice too!

  For my experience, the price/value ratio was excellent. Please keep in mind you are not paying for a 5 start hotel, so it simply is not fair to go in with such expectations. This is one of the most efficient hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in while visiting Europe and I've traveled qui - It's a quiet place with Arno river view, Florence bridges very clean, the staff is very nice, and helpful. After a long day in the attraction you can relax in your room looking the river and the other side of the town. Few blocks away from the train terminal and attraction. I really recommend this hotel if you visit Florence. Good service in the breakfast, good espresso and delicious hot chocolate. Everything was nice and precise. Thanks Antonio
