  Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is excellent (close to Rome Termini, subway lines and many attractions; has a supermarket nearby). Crosti also provides cheap internet service (i.e. 1 euro per hour or 3 euro per day). They also lended us a laptop as we did not bring ours. Breakfast is awesome! Price is excellent!   The Reception staff were very Welcoming on arrival and informed us of all the necessary information and were contactable anytime. We picked this hotel originally for the price, we were more than pleased on arrival of the quality the hotel and location. The reception staff all spoke English which made our stay a lot easier. Located close to a main metro terminal which made it perfect for touring around the Rome area.
