  excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. No lift but this was no big deal. Air conditioning was a boon. If you strike Mirelle,Lorenzo,Alexander and Andy you will expirence the A team. Thanks to all - we feel very comfotrtable

Very nice location for seeing Venice. 2 minutes from Grand Canal if you arrive on vapporetto, there is an excess to the canal near the hotel entrance (30 metres) if you arrive by water taxi. We were pleasantly surprised as after reading remarks & rating of previous tourists we expected an overpaid seedy hotel. The staff was helpful and provided everything we needed. There are also many restaurants in the area so it is fairly convenient.
