were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet,
comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was
beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in

Perfect location, right by the Uffizi museum. The Duomo is just less then 10 minutes away on foot, amongst other popular museums and local sights. Set in a beautiful square, where you can get a beautiful view of the city hall tower from the apartment. The shopping belt surrounds the apartment, together with many wonderful restaurants. A true gem!

We just loved this quaint little apartment. Although small all that was required was provided for and in good working order.
Washing machine was also easy to use.
Bed linen and towels good quality and apartment was clean. Of course location was fantastic and we had no noise issues. In fact we enjoyed getting a bit of taste hearing about some Italian domestic life while sitting on the balcony.

Very accommodating staff, made us feel right at home. They really went above and beyond what was expected. We booked a suite, but on viewing the room it was not suitable for us for personal reasons. We mentioned this to the hotel manager who without hesitation offered us another suite which was superb. We cannot praise the staff highley enough for all their help and assistance during our stay. - Completely charming place.

It was an amazing service and the staff was extremely friendly. Even though we arrived late at night, they kindly arranged everything to receive us late at night. The place was very spacious and clean with a beautiful view of Florence from the balcony. Great experience at Serristori Residence.
