The staff are politeand very helpfull and you get a fantastic sellection of food forbreakfast. The San Gallo Pallace was recomended to us by a friend and wewould certainly recomend it to others

It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

The decor - the "watch" theme of the hotel was very well executed and permeated all aspects of design, even down to the taps and mirrors.
The location is ideal - a few minutes walk down the interesting streets and alley of central Florence.

The hotel resort is a mix of both, renaissance and modern architecture. It is a wonderful jewel as a villa hotel resort. Beautiful high ceiling rooms with beautiful fresc, well designed for amalgamating both the old (restored professionnaly) and a sort of modern renaissance. Will definitely go back, the view and the Tuscany sunsets are unbelievable.
