  The location couldn't been better, a few minutes from the metro and many attractions in walking distance. And the price was the best in the area. The room where cleaned every day and the toilet was fresh. The bed (double) was ok but my girlfriend thought it was to hard. The breakfast was okay and the service perfect.   Location is just perfect. We have never used public transport. Everything is within walking distance. Next door restaurant (stair down) is marvelous. Highly recommended. We had a room with own separate bathroom. First impression was very confusing, however by the end of the fisrt day we used to our room and outside facilities. Wi-Fi was - Marco was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming. He helped us book tickets to the Vatican & allowed us to keep our room late as we had an evening flight. He is so friendly and willing to help in any way he can. The room was huge & well equipped. Toiletries were offered, free WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, A/C. It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment. The location was excellent too. Would definately stay there again.

  I am very familiar with Rome and thought this to be an ideal location. Because the area near the Piazza di Spana is my favorite area I was please to find the hotel so near. The price was excellent for the room size. It was far larger than expected. I will use the hotel again and will reccomend it to others.   This has a light breakfast included, decent size rooms but that's pretty much it regarding facilities. Stefano, was amazingly helpful and spoke excellent English. He offered a wonderful suggestion for a reasonable traditional Italian restaurant. Our room for 4 was in a loft-style room so I loved the extra space!
