  This is a lovely boutique/lofty kind of hotel. Location is excellent. We arrived at the hotel not quite knowing how to get in as there was no signage. Rang door bell and someone came down very quickly to let us in. We entered up some stairs and around a corner...still not really sure what we were getting ourselves into. The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day.   We stayed in the room with the bathroom across the hall. It was exactly as seen in the pictures, plus the kitchenette with some basic cutlery etc. The hall is a small area so the bathroom is very close to the room and it's a great size. It was more then we expected and we were blown away by it.  The room was cleaned everyday, there is a tea & coffee making facil - The part time staff agent was very helpful, friendly when checking us in, it is the best prime location in downtown Rome, and I really like the way that the building has been renovated to be modern while still keeping some of the ancient details like the beautiful wooden ceiling.
