  This is a lovely boutique/lofty kind of hotel. Location is excellent. We arrived at the hotel not quite knowing how to get in as there was no signage. Rang door bell and someone came down very quickly to let us in. We entered up some stairs and around a corner...still not really sure what we were getting ourselves into. The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day.   We liked absolutely everything. Starting of how we were welcomed in reception by a young man; the location, the room itself; very pleasant and humble roomservice man to the moment we were waved goodbye. We enjoyed every moment we stepped into our lovely room and fell down (dead and tired of walking around in the city) to our large and comfortable ... что говорят » bed. The room was really nice. Small and very very cosy. And of course those breakfasts, which were served in our room and we allways enjoyed quite fo - I can not complain about this hotel. Nice staff, the room was clean. They bring you the breakfast to your room if you want. It is a 2min walk to the trevi fountain. Everything was great. If we ever go back to Rome, we would like to stay at the same hotel.

Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

  The moment we arrived, we realised that we had forgotten my backpack in the taxi and our taxi driver had already taken off. My passport was in the backpack and so was my credit card. The guy at the counter was so nice that he did everything to accommodate us. He called all the taxi stations and really got involved to help us find my back pack agai... что говорят » n. He checked us in, gave us a room based on his trust and empathy. Amazing staff! Luckily the taxi driver drove back and handed back the forgotten ba - Location, location, location! The hotel was in an excellent location and that made all the difference in the world! The room was decent sized and clean and free breakfast and wifi topped it off. Staff very friendly and helpful - thus was the first trip that I accepted every restaurant recommendation from a hotel and I was not disappointed!
