  The location was brilliant, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The views of Juliet's balcony are beautiful and it was very romantic to have it to ourselves at night time and early in the morning.   Very nice hotel! Very clean, very helpful stuff. The lady on reception is amazingly nice. She pointed for us on the map all the best places to eat and enjoy a glass of wine. Great location, two steps from the main shopping street and sites. Funny elevator - extremely slow, but you don' t really need it except when you bring your luggage.   The B&B was perfectly located, right down the street from Piazza Bra in the center of town, and very close to a number of restaurants. It was easy to walk to all the sights we had picked out to visit. The bus from the train station stopped very near the B&B. The room was very quiet at night, not on a maj - I cannot fault this beautiful BnB at all. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. We were in awe with the size and comfortability of the room. Our large windows looked down into one of the streets. Breakfast was traditional and appetising. It was close to the station (20 min leisurely walk), shops, restaurants and Casa Di Giulietta. We were sad that our visit was short as we would have loved to have stayed a couple more days. But, then you are led to the back of the hotel and to your own private room and wow! The hotel isn't cheap but it surely is worth every cent! Our room was very spacious and attractive, and the rooftop patio provided a wonderful view of Verona.   Our room in the spa annex of the hotel was wonderful. On the top floor with goregous beams and fantastic decor. The staff were all really helpful and friednly. Breakfast was served downstairs in the main hotel and was very nice. The location is great - a few minutes walk from the fantastic Piazza Bra and the Arena.
