Have stayed in about 50 hotels in Italy and this by far the best! - Close to Vatican, ATM s, taxi rank,several bus routes,tram, internet facilities and Laundromat. We could see the Dome of St Peters from our window(double glazing reduced outside noise considerably).Good security with solid doors. Very helpful and pleasant staff. A bottle of water provided for each person each day was a thoughtful touch.

Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.
The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts.
The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries .

Everything. Great location right behind the Pantheon. The apartment was only a short walk from most tourist attractions, and very safe to walk to/ around late into the night. Large spacious room that did not feel cramped at all with 4 people. We absolutely adored the luxuriously furnished apartment. Sharon from Home Suite Rome who dealt with us was outstanding. Очень хорошее расположение отеля - самый ценрт, близко хорошие магазины, НО в номере было ОЧЕНЬ холодно. батарее включали только ночью, и то они были еле теплые. ночью еще куда ни шло по температуре в номере, а днем ОЧЕНь холодно. как пример - руки настолько замерзли, что не реагировали на сенсорный экран айфона (он работает от пальцев теплых рук).

We stayed here in February 2013 and our stay was great. The hotel was in a great location where we were able to walk to all attractions. The hotel is on a street where there is plenty of great restaurants and bars to relax in the evening before you head back.
The hotel room was large for Europe and the staff was very nice & helpful. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and has 4-5 private rooms. There is an elevator and they provide keys for access to the building.

The staff were beyond helpful and kind. Spoke clearly and had pre planned all possibilities, including a highlighted map and some fantastic affordable restaurant options which we went to and were superb! Comfortable beds and both rooms and bathroom were sparkling clean! Right in the shopping central but beautifully quiet. Cannot praise it highly enough!

Not your typical hotel, but charming. Modern, rooms are larger than expected, esp for the price. Excellent location just behind Piazza Navona, convenient to Pantheon, Vatican, Tiber River and all things ancient. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower and amenities. Would stay here again!
