Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food, superb location right on the lakeside with a very warm welcome despite the atrocious weather experienced by the whole of Italy during the last week of May 2013. Excellent position by lake. Friendly staff. Lovely food. Basic but comfortable rooms with tv and fridge. Very friendly, small hotel but had a great room on 3rd floor with large balcony overlooking the lake.
