The room is nice, but I didn't feel myself that comfortable there. Probably, because of absence of any carpets or covers on the floor (although it's just a personal remark). The overall cleanliness, service, ambience etc. We did not use the kitchen or breakfast provided however it was there if we wanted to make use of it. She went over and above spending almost 90 minutes helping me find an English website and proper way to turn off my Italian sim card. Great hotel for airport travel
