This completely-restored 16th century villa, situated in the old section of the 13th century town of Precetto, is beautifully decorated with regard for the style of its historical era.

Nestled within a peaceful valley, the hotel is within easy reach of the principal Umbrian cities of Spoleto, Assisi, Orvieto, Cascia and Norcia, which are rich in history, art and culture.

The building, which can accommodate 24 guests, is comprised of 6 apartments (single, double and triple). After enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep, take part in a variety of sports activities, including rock climbing, soccer, tennis, white water rafting, hiking (marked trails), horseback riding, mountain-bike, canoeing, kayaking and fishing, or simply take a relaxing dip in one of the 2 swimming pools.
