  Staff is as efficient, fast and yet warm and welcoming as usual. It striked me for better that they took notice of a former suggestion to solve a petty issue. Location is perfect if you mean to take an early flight (and have a car). Beds were made and ready for us. Breakfast in the Hotel was good. Hotel itself has lovely decoration. Very good location near the highway.

  The staff was very trusting of us. We arrived after official check-in times and they texted us the number of the alarm so w could get in and they left a note with our key at the desk. It is near to the airport of Bergamo. - Very clean and convenient to the airport. There is a nice restaurant next door which is a plus.

  Location was great.....15 Minutes from airport. Staff was very friendlyand accomodating. - The Staff were very friendly and helpful, very good customer service. The breakfast was excellent very enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.
