We like everything! The apartments are situated in a living district, very quiet and comfortable, 10min from the city center. There is a bus station near the house.
The apartments itself are very spacious and nice, right the same as it shown on pics! Every day we had a sweet breakfast (big choice of different pastries, muesli, juice and milk, coffee, tea). As there is a fully equipped kitchen, its also possible to cook whatever you like. Owners, Gisella and Paolo is a most cordial couple we eve

the hotel was great, the service was great. Bathroom was great. - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to visit other towns on Lake Como--steps away from the boat that takes you around the lake. Walking distance to an inexpensive grocery and a mini bar to store food in. No noise issues at all. Excellent hotel.

We arrived early into Como hoping we could leave our luggage at the office to explore the region, thankfully and graciously we were able to go straight into our apartment which was much larger than antisipated. We were staying in Milan and decided last minute to visit Como so booked this place the night before driving out. We arrived too early to check in but the lady on reception was very pleasant and gave us some suggestions of what to do in the meantime. Excellent location, in the center of the old town. The hotel is new, nice, clean and very comfortable. the staff at the reception very helpful and nice, especially Elisabeth who knew that it was my birthday during my stay so she managed to surprise me by putting a beautiful gift on my bed. i simply loved the hotel.

Francesco and Silvia were two of the most helpful, genuine and friendly people I have met! They helped with any onward travel queries I had, as well as helping with things to do around the Como area and gave lifts up or down the hill when ever I asked. The hotel has a pleasantly old-fashioned feel to it but the service was spot on. The staff were courteous and helpful, even to the point of retrieving a lost cardigan from the Villa Carlotta and posting it on. We had a particularly friendly waiter who introduced us to his wife when we met in town on his day off! -

I really loved the view of the alps, the location, the staff hospitality, breakfast was delicious with your choice of coffee flavor:) The hotel is brand new and had wife and cable included. Price was reasonable for the amenities and location. I will definitely came back
