  Very helpful staff with generally good English skills (we spoke next to no Italian!). Well appointed with 24 hour security and a short walk to town. Close-ish to the train station - less than 10 minutes walk wheeling baggage. Our room was at the rear so nice and quiet with a pleasant outlook.   We were staying in Milan and decided last minute to visit Como so booked this place the night before driving out. We arrived too early to check in but the lady on reception was very pleasant and gave us some suggestions of what to do in the meantime. The batroom is new and practical. The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast is a bit light. Very good location.
