  Marco, the owner was very hands on and he supplied a lot info about things to see and do in Como and the towns around the lake. He also owns L'Antica Trattoria. We had a delicious meal there and the service was first rate. Assanto made sure that breakfast was set out every morning and he was quick to offer coffee or tea. Extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly service. On arrival offered a cup of coffee or tea. Very welcomed after a long trip. Helpful and flexible. Lovely breakfast. Freshly baked croissants each morning. Would definitely go back. Great for families or couples. Owner was preparing newly renovated self contained apartments. I am sure they will be beautiful like the one we stayed in.

  The place is really nice and brand new. I was impressed by the simple but really nice design. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen is really cosy and the owner of the place will make a breakfast on your taste in the morning. I enjoyed our stay really much! - Great personal service by the very gracious owner, Rosanna. She waited for my very late arrival on a Sunday night and was ready every morning with breakfast and a nice chat. The location is superclose to the center, and for me was perfect because it was midway to the center and to the lakeside Villa Olmo where I had to work. Room was very spacious and beautiful, with a gorgeous balcony to top it off.

It is a lovely, but small apartment, situated in the heart of Como town within easy walking distance of everything. Ilaria sent us details of parking at only 3 Euro a day. - Ilaria was very helpful and made us very welcome. There was a choice for breakfast - either made for us or delivered for us to accommodate our schedule. The location is directly in the old town which is very convienent in a beautiful street. It's right in the centre of Como. When the tv didn't work it was fixed same day.

  An excellent very well kept B&B with charming and helpful owners. Our room was immaculately clean, large with a most comfortable bed and excellent shower. Despite overlooking the road it had excellent double glazing and very effective air conditioning so noise was not an issue. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful. I arrived in Como very late and Paolo offered to pick me up from the train station. The place itself is very homey. There is even a small outdoor swimming pool. It's situated in a rich neighborhood on a hill, about 25 minutes walk from downtown. The place, the location, and the staff all made the stay very wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.
