  The staff were helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain how to get places. They directed us to the train and told us what kind of ticket to buy for our day trips into Rome. Even though we had to travel an hour or a little more by train to Rome. The friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff was refreshing. The rooms were clean and comfort... что говорят » able. They were great. - Our whole stay and experience was great. From the transfer from the airport, our driver Andreas was really helpful and made us feel welcome, to the size of the room was great, a lot larger than we expected! All the staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly and their English was good. It was the start of our honeymoon and our stay kept up our good spirits.

  The great proximity to the port. We got off of our ship, took a complimentary shuttle bus to the end of the port where we were dropped off and walked under 10 minutes to this lovely hotel. It was a 4 star and definitely the nicest one around. The rooms were neat and clean and the air conditioning was quiet! Very important! As we only stayed overnight on way to a cruise we just enjoyed one lovely dinner and breakfast but was extremely happy with all service provided.

  I didn't have high expectations of an hotel so close to a sea port, but this hotel pleasantly surprised me and exceeded expectations. Rooms are very well decorated and comfortable. The architecture is great - high ceilings and lots of character - particularly in the breakfast/dining room in the cellar. - The 'suite' was excellent and I suspect of... что говорят » a higher standard than we payed for. Staff were all most friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and they happily let us check out an hour late. The location is perfect for railway station and cruise terminal. Taxi not required for most people.

  We had 9 people in our family group fly into Rome fco and the hotel shuttle met us as planned and took us and all of our luggage to the hotel promptly. We spent the night and the shuttle took us the next morning right to the cruise ship porters to load the luggage on the ship. We ate dinner in the restaurant and everyone ordered something differen - The hotel was close to town but not in the noise of the city. Our welcome from staff was a warm one, knowing just enough English to be helpful. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The restaurant had an amazing menu with something for everyone. The free shuttle to the port and ships was a perfect start to our Mediterranean cruise.

  This place was lovely. Excellent value for money and delightful management. The small water heater for the shower was my only slight gripe, but the rest of the place was lovely. - The host was very helpful and friendly,we would stay there again ! Warm, tasteful and clean accommodation very close to the port, and transfer was arranged for us.
