  Location !!!! At the arrival not so sure about this place. Once we met the owner (Manuela) it became "the peaceful oasis". Food/advice/information = ONLY the best from Manuela! AND "NO MOSQUITOS" !!! Free WiFi - Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with some delicious homemade food. Would recommend to others and also return again here.   The room is big. It has a fridge to keep the beer cold. The staff are helpful. Very close to the bus and train station. 457 bus direct to airport. Short walk to the good part of the old city.   Everything. The hotel is situated rather close to the Central Station, it is easy to find a street. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. - Fairly close to the major attractions. However, the staff will help you with taking the luggage up and down the stairs. The hotel is situated in a little seedy area near the fish market. However, once you walk pass these 1-2 blocks, you are at the Elephant fountain and the Duomo so the location to the sights is great. There are lots of good seafood restaurants nearby.

Noisy during the day......not a problem as we weren't there! 3 mins walk to the bus station to/from the airport. - great location on the piazza duomo, beside the fish market and at the foot of via etnea. you cannot get any more sicilian.

  excellent location, near 2 main squares. at the Duomo square you can find 2 types of touristic buses - the standard citysightseeing and the other one cheaper 5 euro (1hour trip without stop). you also can find all main streets having begin at the square Duomo. the landlord is a very friendly woman, she helped me to book an excursion to Etna (must ... что говорят » see! half day was enough for mee; "without jeep" is not very tiring). the breakfast is served in a cafe neighbour to the appartment (croissant\briosh - This BB has a central location [2 min from Piazza Duomo], really close to public transportation [Piazza Alcala] and via Etnea [wich is one of the main streets in Catania]. The BB is clean and comfy. The owners, Giovanni and his mother [who lives next door] are nice people. The palazzo in which the BB is located it's a bit noisy, but this is Sicilly. Overall, I was pleased with the place and I recomend it.

  Very nice staff, absolutely helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel is well-located, very close to the city center (app. 10 minutes walk from Piazza D'uomo), and very close to the fancy bar, Spinella :) On the other hand the rooms are not noisy at all. The prices are very good compared to the location and the service. And the breakfast was just love... что говорят » ly! The fresh bread with blood-orange juice and the desserts... Awesome! I can just reccomend Domus Hotel Catania to anyone! - Large, clean rooms, well equipped . The balconies facing Via Etnea are small, but yes, you do see Etna. Very nice staff, both at reception and breakfast. The central location on Via Etnea is convenient; of course it comes with street noise - but the solid window shutters together with the air condition solved our sleeping problems. In short, excellent value for money.

  The accommodation is very new, large and clean with excellent facilities. What made this place special were the hosts Giovanni and his wife. They were so extremely helpful and arranged a trip to etna for myself and my wife along with finding out about all the local transport. This was by far the nicest place we stayed and is in the middle of a bea... что говорят » utiful little area of farmland. The breakfast was nice with homemade cakes and Giovanni provided us with some of his own free range eggs! - great place to stay, very quiet at night, and safe car parking, Giovanni was always helpful and trying hard to help as much as possible.. even flexible if you want to stay longer I will definetly come back
