Everyone was extremely helpful and breakfast was great! - It was very easy to get the hotel's shuttle from the airport and I was very courteously received at the hotel. It was a great way to spend a night after traveling for about 20 hours by air.

  The shuttle service from our flight back to the hotel, and back to the airport again was on time and a super big plus. The front staff were vey helpful, fast and informative. It was decorated very modern and fun. The chef/ food was excellent, and we really liked the open kitchen where you could see her cooking. Wi- fi avail, which for us is so important being from another country to get all our traveling times and ticket info and - It was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient and very friendly staff. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

  The shuttle response was excellent. They arrived 10 mins after we called them from the airport. The staff was so friendly and helpful.The next morning at 5:45am for our 6:00am departure, we were greeted by a smiling, beautifully made up woman, who served us a great cappucino and apple cake. The food in their restaurnat was excellent, rooms very cl... что говорят » ean. - Enzo and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and hospitable. There was nine of us in our party and everyone of us had the best time!! Food was great, rooms were lovely and warm. Would definitely go back and stay at La Pista!
