The staff! They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. The staffs even clean it again right in front of us when we just mention we will use it.

We were met at the reception by 'Gina' who was courteous and pleasant. We were offered a glass of proseco in the garden, taking in the view of Capri, while we waited for our room. The room had the wow factor and lived up to our expectations. The holiday just went uphill from there! Excellent Hotel. -

The hotel is in a quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle of the square but still at a 5 to 10 minute walk from it all. The staff spoke very good English and was very friendly and help
