  We were met at the reception by 'Gina' who was courteous and pleasant. We were offered a glass of proseco in the garden, taking in the view of Capri, while we waited for our room.   This was our fourth stay at this hotel. Our previous 3 stays occured during the years that the hotel was a JW Marriott. The hotel has been completed refurbished and it is beautiful. The new feeling is one of a boutique hotel with an intimate feeling. The entire staff went out of its way to meet our every need.   Great, great, great. What not to like? Very relaxed, friendly and helpful staff. Great view. Quiet but only a few 100 meters from the beginning of the main shopping area. Like all hotels in Capri uptown you have to walk from the funicolare or taxistand on the main square to the hotel. This takes 10 minutes or so. This saves yo - Perfect staff,location,view,quiet,shops only 5 minute walk,clean,romantic,great pool,away from traffic and tourists yet only a short walk to the piazzette.
