Service in the hotel exactly as described, I took a bicycle there(unfortunately they have got only one) and afterwards used free wireless internet at my room.   We arrived at the hotel apartment around 6.30pm, an hour or so later than expected. I called the number of the hotel and a lady came to open up for us. She was very helpful and very pleasant and really couldn't do enough.
